A Message from Our Owner

Building Israel's future, together

Jordan Fried, Owner of Holy Land Staffing
“October 7th changed everything. I made a decision that I would not stand on the sidelines. Israel needed builders, and I wanted to help build.”— Jordan Fried

In the days and months after October 7th, Israel faced more than a security crisis. Construction sites went quiet, factories struggled to keep their lines running, and farms were left without the hands they needed. Tens of thousands of workers were suddenly gone, and the projects that keep this country growing were put at risk.

I have always believed that a strong Israel needs a strong economy. Homes have to be built, and infrastructure has to move forward. Businesses here have to be able to grow, hire and plan for the future with confidence. That is why I committed myself to Holy Land Staffing: to bring dedicated, skilled workers to Israel and help Israeli companies get back to work.

For me, this is about much more than staffing. Every worker we place helps a building rise and keeps a production line moving. Every one of them strengthens the businesses that strengthen Israel. I am proud to invest in this country's economy and to stand with the employers who are rebuilding it every day.

If you are building in Israel, I would be honored to help you do it.

A Message from Our CEO

The right people, on site, on time

“Every project in Israel depends on having the right people on site. Our job is to deliver those people, legally, reliably and with respect for every worker we bring.”

Employers come to us under pressure. They have deadlines to meet, contracts to deliver and a shortage of hands. I understand that pressure, and our whole operation is built to relieve it. We recruit carefully and screen thoroughly. We handle the permits and logistics, and we stay involved long after the workers arrive.

At Holy Land Staffing, you deal directly with the people responsible for results. I personally oversee our partnerships abroad and our relationships with clients here in Israel. When you call us, you get answers, not excuses.
